Her Background
Mia grew up in Croatia and relocated to Seattle, Washington at the age of 12. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Washington in June 2025 and joined Arch Global Advisors later that year, aligning with her long-standing goal of building her career in New York City. Her international upbringing and cross-country experiences provide a well-rounded perspective, cultural awareness, and adaptability that support her work within a diverse team environment.
